Tool：Mapinfo10.0

Material: base station information table containing TAC eNodeB id LON LAT

Steps:

1.Open the base station information table TAC:

TAC table

2.Save as table TAC_Area:

Save as

3.Open TAC_Area and create a point:

4.Open the created base station map TAC_Area, and make it editable:

5.Select all:

Select all

Effect.

6.Use mapinfo's own Voronoi feature to create a boundary map based on the base station:

7.Create steps:

TAC_Area

Create

Set index column

Click OK

Click OK to save as TAC_Area_line

Save as TAC_Area_line

8.Invert the created base station boundary map:

Invert the boundary map of the created base station.

Create a new table

Name is TAC.

Click OK

Click OK to complete the creation TAC_Line
