The amount of pomace and fermentation slag produced is calculated according to the following formula:


In the formula:

Cp - production of per kg of wine pomace and fermentation slag, 0.13t / KL;

P——wet skin residue and fermented skin residue produced in wine production, 1200t;

Yw - the annual output of wine, 9000KL.
